Sure, I'll outmuscle a tiger cub any day!
That tiger is cheating, btw, look at how low he is to the ground! That's not proper form at all! More serious, I don'T see how this is bad. Entertains the animals, people should gain some respect for them by the actual interaction instead of looking at them and as long as a zoo keeper is around to watch that not dangerous shit is done, everyone will be okay. Now, tying your hands to the rope to take the tiger on on your own, that'd be stupid and would result in you getting pressed through that little hole like an unappetizing sausage or your arms getting torn off, but the zookeeper in my scenario would prevent this. |

Until the tiger starts pulling too hard and it becomes a real life version of the vacuum death scene from Aliens 4

I think people are overreacting to this being detrimental to the tiger. I mean its already in an enclosure so you might as well give it something to do and play with. I can only imagine how board zoo animals are so giving it opportunities to play seems like a good idea.
Also the tiger looks like its free to walk away and its hardly "teasing" so it looks like the tiger likes to do this. |

How do humans force kittens to play with strings?
Cats LOVE that shit. If my cats see just one centimeter of one, they go crazy. Edit: Rereading the original post, it seems like the sarcasm went over my head. :D

For the people talking about lawsuits, I'm pretty sure the entrance tickets have some 1-point font fine print saying you can't sue if some animal messes you up. I mean, as another poster said, it's an animal themed amusement park, I'm sure they have them on there by default.
It is America, after all, which means that as much as people are out there looking to sue for millions there are companies out there looking to protect themselves from such suits. I'm sure this idea was run by somebody up above before they went through the trouble of making that gate and huge rope |
