Its pretty good but its still just another Friday 1-Up Yours style cast, certainly not a WAHP replacement |

I say it's been 4 and a half months, but uh...
GIMME Edit: I more cleverly thought to say that "WARNING: A huge podcast is approaching not so fast", but I had already posted and missed this delicious opportunity to demonstrate wit beyond compare. |

First I've ever heard of this podcast. I'm 10 minutes in and I can totally relate with what this Nick guy is saying about working in Japan. My experience very much overlaps with his, right down to coming back to the states. I think I'll follow this guy on Twitter.

Yeah, news was really weird for this episode. There was so much that we missed, but we also didn't want to do too much re-treading of now ancient news. I'm sure next stage we'll be back to a proper news cycle.

Oh cool, I had no idea the people on the podcast posted here.
Gotta say, I enjoyed the episode quite a bit (not done listening yet), and I plan on checking out some previous episodes. I could totally relate with Nick's comments at the beginning of this episode. Although I wasn't working at a video game company while in Japan, his experience overlaps with mine quite a bit. I now work in video game localization back in the states and I think I definitely made a good decision just for my own personal well being. I miss Japan quite a bit, but it's not like I got to enjoy it much working the insane hours I did. |

Huh, guess I'll need to maybe re-evaluate my plans to work/live in japan. Though if it's just working hours that are bad, I might be able to deal with it. Currently averaging 60ish hr working weeks.
Can't wait to listen to this. Like everyone, so glad it's back:D Have any commitments to schedules been made?;) |
