Great coverage of Big Teams, and the middle of the big is good enough that it's pretty good football in conference play. Even outside of conference play, you get good nonconference games because they end up showing 6 or 7 games on a Saturday due to having 12 games available
I was mostly just giving you a hard time about it. That sucks it's not there for you in Los Angeles.

yeah, it was all good for a while with BTN2Go, as if you were on Time Warner and had a sports package you got it, even if said sports package didn't have BTN. They finally locked that down a couple months ago, but I have my parents' TWC log-in from Nebraska and use that. Works great.

It's a bit of a bummer to watch Nebraska games on an internet stream rather than a glorious HD Cable feed, but hey, I remember when games weren't even televised and just on the radio - so being able to see every single game in HD, no matter where I am in the world (via BTN2Go or WatchESPN) is pretty spectacular.

well, College Station is not a major media market, so there you go.

get Satellite man, or get a friend in Nebraska with Time Warner to hook you up with their password for BTN2go

Seriously though, the whole neighborhood complaint about USC is getting less and less meaningful over time. USC keeps improving the surrounding area, and it's nothing like it was in the 90s.

Oh? I'll have to give them another call. This is the same Suddenlink that refused to believe that I had internet through them as I was logged into my Suddenlink account on the internet I was paying them for. Wouldn't be surprised if I was told they didn't carry it incorrectly.

It has 230,000 people and is an hour outside of Houston. On the phone talking to them now.

EDIT: Yep, they don't have it. Satellite isn't an option since I'm still in an apartment atm. Oh well. Might try to see what cable provider some of my family has in Nebraska.

I've got UVerse and get the Big 1G Network. They force that and The BYU Channel on you as justification for charging $10 for The Red Zone Channel. No Longhorn Network so thank God for that

Yeah I didn't quite get that line myself. We are always overrated.

The crazy thing about this video is that it was apparently produced by a high school student. He has some pretty good editing chops for his age. This looks like it could have been produced by Seminole Productions (our in-house studio, which wins a good amount of industry awards for their various in-stadium videos and the local coach interview shows).

Is it legal to take out 4 receivers, replace them with offensive line backs ups, and have the ref declare them to be eligible receivers before the start of a play?

EDIT: Sorry, bored at work, and thinking about the most unstoppable screen play of all time.

Depends upon their jersey number.
Players wearing 50 to 79 are always ineligible receivers.

Ok, how about this: Get three practice squad OL, put eligble numbers on them, put em in a trips formation, tell them to bump and run anyone with the balls to try to defend them, snap pass if the d is soft.

I don't think a corner is prepared to get pancaked 20 yards from the ball.

Also, it would probably only work once.

It's improved, and downtown has improved drastically, but there are still uber sketch areas right off campus that I would be at least highly defensive if I was walking around alone at night in.

Way better than it was, but still not ideal.

Campus itself is killer, and downtown being awesome now only helps make it great.
