Not to hijack this thread, but maybe someone can help me.
I've been trying for years to get a name of a certain magician that I saw on TV. I've only seen one program by him, and his magic show had musical elements as well as a few comedic bits. From what I remember, he wore scientist clothing and rocked sunglasses? The special used to be shown on ABC Family years ago. Would anyone happen to know this guy? |

Yeah but that totally takes the fun out of it, the neat part about this stuff is you know that it's some super simple sleight of hand. But trying to figure out like it had happened to you on the street is the cool part. |

It's simple. Position your audience so they are over your right shoulder, with your feet together. Then slowly stand up on your left toes, lifting your right foot completely off the ground and your left heel up as well, making sure you keep your heels together. Your right foot will block the fact that you're standing on your toes and, to your audience, it really does look as if you're floating a few inches off the ground. Try it in front of a mirror and see.

I love David Blaine personally his stunts were always great to watch on TV and he always seemed like a humble guy to me.
