Yeah, you can. On the menu bar select Tools -> Options. Then select the 'Privacy' tab and there will be a highlighted option to 'remove individual cookies'. You can now just scroll down to neogaf.com and delete all cookies associated with the site.

This must be new, since Comcast is what I used to sign up in the first place.
