Oddly in the interview they actually do while thats not in the actual title. The abbreviation to CatXF amuses me greatly though.

I thought he lost all his cybernetic parts in that mini-series leading into AvX. Forge was probably too busy coming back from the dead to make him a replacement. Maybe that is also why Cable decided to strap on a goofy sentinel arm.

I didnt read that mini but id assume that if it didnt have cybernetic parts anymore the eye wouldnt flash. Who knows though, maybe the artist thought it just looked cool like young robert liefeld did in 1990

That Baby Avengers pic with BP and Black Bolt is actually a variant for New Avengers, so now we know four members of that team.

and apparently there's some big news about Psylocke on Monday, but if it's not written by Remender...

So the New Avengers are basically what's left of the Illuminati? Wonder if Dr Strange is also on the team.

I still think it could be a relaunch of Uncanny X-Men. Then again...

Gabriel also said Milo Manara will be doing a Marvel NOW! cover that heavily features Psylocke, with her name in italics in the interview like it's the title of a book, suggesting the mutant ninja will be getting her own ongoing series as part of Marvel NOW!.

When reached for comment on Psylocke, a Marvel Comics representative had merely this to tease: "Stay tuned for some big news regarding Psylocke on Monday!"

OH YEAH!

Man those X-Force costumes are horrid, whats with the orange theme and the one coloured glove on Domino. 90'S EXTREEEEME revival indeed.

I thought a Way X-Force was the worst that could happen smh. As someone who's just getting back into comics NOW is really a mixed bag. I lean more to X books and with WatXM being the only thing seemingly untouched it's a tad disappointing. Guess it's time to try some new characters like Waids Hulk and Aarons Thor.

There is a quite a complicated backstory to it, in short it's possibly Alan Moore's greatest Superhero work and has been in litigation hell for years. Marvel now hold the character rights and have been threatening to relaunch it for some time.

So that Cable X-Force thing is replacing Uncanny X-Force, yeah? Sorry, bit out of the loop. Last UXF book I read was just the start of them going into the Age of Apocalypse dimension. Thinking about getting back into some comic books, and now I see one that I was really interested in is going away? Lame.

Well obviously I am going to be reading the back issues (I already ordered the trades off amazon). I'm "worrying" about that book because its one of the first things I saw when going to the last few pages of this thread, and I was interested in reading new issues of it. Whats the problem with that?

Switch to Uncanny Avengers starting in October. Remender will be continuing some of the same themes and story threads there.
