Why are you even bringing up Bush having authority over the military? You do realize that they're saying Bush's opinions and actions were largely shaped by Cheney and others members of his staff, right?

They influenced his positions but he is an adult and can decide actions for himself.Drone strikes, our on going wars, etc.

Then people talk about how he was under a ton of stress and his administration that he picked was responsible for his Presidency. Its more of a charisma thing. Was not even talking about that. My statement was more about people dismissing Bush's responsibility for his Presidency. |
