Probably they only helped, since in their project pages they state they are finally working on their first big game.

the studio worked on God of War: Betrayal and Ratchet & Clank: Going Commando, indicating it already has a relationship with Sony. The studio also had a hand in the development of consoles games like Full Spectrum Warrior and The Saboteur.

Probably for PSM, they need a few games to push the initiative. In fact most games released are pretty good, they just need to get the ball rolling.

The first two are mobile games. As in, old, pre-smartphone mobile games from almost 10 years ago. Wont indicate their quality now in a big title.
