I dunno. Looking back at my collection, I had fond memories of some shows, and rewatching them only rekindled it. Great anime tends to stand the test of time.

if it was the majority of live action series - then hell yes i would agree with you.

if it was cell phones, yes.

if it was sports outside of the announsers and GFX the networks who have air the sports... yes.

If it even was this country stood for and is, i would say so/so because i dont trust many "progressives" in how to run a nation for the life of me - but even then i cant stand many conservitives who most agree with but because of skin color, dictate the terms of how we join and represent their party.

But when it comes to animation you have best fuck believe things were better in the past than it is now. I can name six reasons why - the major being that E/I edict here taking 20 some hours of slots away from every network. But other reasons are just as bad. Half the reason why the business is almost done from a money standpoint is that we got a overwaight kid problem (which is caused by poverty for the inner city youth which any new extention of the e/i edict would add) and the other half is by both democrat and repubicans have since the start of the edict wanted a verison of what live action shows existed in the 1950's much to the chagrin of the main four nets "WITHOUT Product Placement" Its a joke thats created all these issues.

Particularly since ZAFT, like Zeon, was the sole producer of Mobile Suits and already had a wide variety of types.

Granted SEED handwaves all of this by claiming that the Strike, Freedom, Destiny, and Akatsuki are all essentially different mobile suits, who are only Gundams because that's what the different acronyms stand for. Which can kind of be excused for the Strike and Freedom, since the Strike really is a very different suit from the Freedom, one being battery powered, the other nuclear and so on.

Zaft had spies in orb and did have all the data from what they stole ... they have plenty of time and ressources to make 2 gundam of their own.

Okay, the scenes between Yuu and Sudo were at least mildly interesting, but most of the rest was pretty dull. Tagiru still sucks and the enemy hunters are all lame. Why is Taiki wasting his time hanging around these losers and getting involved in petty school trouble? The dude was taking down entire armies in Xros Wars.

Every part of this series just feels disappointing. It's not really a worthy heir to the Digimon name at all. That's not to say it's horrible or anything, but there's absolutely no magic.

it get a little better afterwards but still not good enough.

Why is Taiki wasting his time hanging around these losers and getting involved in petty school trouble?

because taiki can't let them do things alone without helping them. they are some good things to salvage from this even when it's inférior to the last part of xros wars.

I guess I would probably watch them all, liked the designs of Devil Survivor Overclocked and what Ive seen of too. Wish I could get into the games but DSO is so difficult in just the first hour that I gave up and never returned back to it.

And they cut the magazine at the best part, could have shown more of the Utapri.

Man, this is such a good adaptation. GAINAX manages to be faithful to the original material while discarding tons of unnecessary exposition (that's fine in the manga, but wouldn't fit the anime format), like the proper explanations of Yukuhashi's Abnormality.

Also, they left the Kikaijima extreme fanservice shot intact. Nice.

I thought they'd use this entire episode for Kikaijima's battle, but I was wrong. Hopefully they won't try to push a filler episode on us like they did last season... Because that way we'd have an entire episode dedicated to Kumagawa.

The main girl is just awful. Certain people were making fun of Chuunibyou beause Rikka is "useless" (a premise I disagree with) but this girl in this series is something else. She can't function as an actual human being, as clingy and completely dependant as any human being could possibly be. There is nothing attractive or interesting about her at all. The fact that shes supposed to be a talented genius makes it even worse.

Thing is I don't even feel bad for the MC. He's the one who put himself in this position by being a spineless nice guy and it doesn't look like hes going to get himself out of this mess. He lets that useless girl, the sensei and pretty much everyone is the show walk all over him and he chooses to be completely useless.

I do feel bad for the childhood friend girl though. She fell in love with a real useless piece of shit and shes inevitably going to lose the most parasitic moe blob (who isn't even actually attractive or human) that I've seen in a long, long time.

All that being said I am enjoying all the antics of the other characters in the show. I just cannot stand the MC and the main female in this show. Not sure how much more I can keep watching if its just focused on those two though.

Sure, that's how they all start. Next thing you know they'll be holding hands.

So much talking and build up to something that just never came oh well. Zenkichi is probably the main reason why I enjoy this show and get so excited whenever he speaks and appears.

They make it so hard to try to definitely pinpoint who is good and who is bad, or even in this case with what they were saying Medaka has essentially been doing the same type of brainwashing they have except even more, making her just as ungood oddly. Zenkichi struggling to defend it though fortunately the conversation was short as a hopefully better than normal Medaka proves to be somewhat decent. Go Rev!

After all, they keep pimping his possible presence on the series, with related products (http://twitter.com/medaka_TV/status/276229650877923328).

There's still hope, then. And, to be fair, last season's filler episode wasn't bad.

This episode is full of nonsense and the world's logic makes my head hurt. And yet somehow it's still entertaining, particularly Samon's reactions. If this is the low-point of the series, well, this isn't so bad.
