The fact that the Yoshi game did turn out to be real gives me great hope for the rest of that list from Trike...My money is on Retro working on Metroid AND a new DKC, what with their ballooning in size to possibly split into 2 teams. That said, I'm already planning on getting a Wii U whenever I can actually afford it, but a new Retro-developed Metroid would get me to go to Walter White lengths to get one.

i'd say this is most likely scenario as well, with the info that Zelda is being made by EAD. Metroid is probably in priority

As long as a few of these are releasing by the fall, Monster Hunter will tide me over for at least half a year. Haha. I hope Pikmn and Wonderful 101 make the late Spring / Early Summer release, so the wait is bearable. Virtual Console releases won't really do much for me, unless they decide to add online play (like they did for Street Fighter and Puyo Puyo on Wii) into games like Super Mario Kart, or if they decide to release games not yet on the Wii VC.

It sucks for me since I'm not into Monster Hunter games. All I'm looking forward to from now until they announce release dates are Rayman Legends and Revelations.

I'm not seeing Smash until early 2015. Maybe with Bamco helping out the dev cycle will be shortened, but Smash Bros. games are massive undertakings. Plus, the fact that nothing playable for it will be at E3 makes me think Sakurai will still be working on it into 2014.

Also, I think it'd be kinda neat if this Yoshi game took place in the same universe as Kirby's Epic Yarn. With Prince Fluff and Yin-Yarn maybe showing up. It'd' be nice to make that yarn aesthetic into its own world, it looks gorgeous. Here's hoping Fluff gets to star in his own game someday.

I really like how he addressed their stumbles/f'ups as well. He basically puts it out bluntly that early adopters will have to wait until March before it really kicks off. Disappointing, but at least honest.

I doubt the presentation will have a large impact on overall sales for February-March, but as soon as these titles start rolling out it should pick up.

They did the exact same thing with the 3DS in its first year with OOT remake in the summer and SM3DL and MK7 a month apart during the holiday season. Im not sure what's so unbelievable
