Can't wait. I hope it's a little harder than the last one, though. :(

I'm kinda annoyed (if less than surprised) by how reticent Nintendo is being with SSB:B info. Couldn't we at least get a couple characters announced every few months? Even the ones that are 99.999% certain to be there (Yoshi and DK, for instance).

Only want if it interacts with D/P... I droped the first Mystery games after I beat the main senario... There were no real point to play any more after that.

Um.

Tingle is on the left side of that SSB scan.

That's from a different news story, right? RIGHT?

The previous Mysterious Dung was a piece. How could anyone find that to be fun in the least? I tried to give the game a second chance after five months but it just amplified the suckiness.

I really hope that Zelda picture isn't showing how Brawl is controlled.

I hate the waggle attacks!

If you'd ever played any entry in the genre before (Rogue, Nethack, any of the 8 other Mysterious Dungeon series games, Azure Dreams, ADoM, Castle of the Winds, Moria, Angband, Diablo 1 [but not 2], Moraff's World) or read a review or preview you'd know what you were in for.

I found it fun because I played all of those games previously, I enjoy that level of grind, and Pokémon Mysterious Dungeon is a decent entry to the series along with a pretty entertaining IP attached to it.

It was a pretty great Rogue-like. You just don't like that type of game.

Hooray! Pokemon Mystery Dungeon is a kickass game. More roguelikes for everyone!

Anyone know how well the first game sold in the US? Well enough for us to get these sequels?

Yes, they actually did pretty well, IIRC.

2. Saints Row - 450.000
3. LEGO Star Wars 2 - (PS2) - 349.000
4. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team - 285.000
5. Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Red Rescue Team - 219.000

To quote someone else. Who needs innovation when you have Pokemon?

SSBB doesn't deserve to be shoed in with pokesuck dungeon.
Should have it's own thread.

Has it been a whole year since the SSBB trailer without a single new bit of info or new character confirmation?

Worldwide as of 31 march (fiscal year):

GBA Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Red Rescue Team - 2.2
DS Pokemon Mystery Dungeon Blue Rescue Team - 3.03

So... yeah, sold like hotcakes.

Game looks alright, still need to buy the first but this one has wifi support (I guess that means local wireless functions maybe?) and specificly made for DS

Or "Who needs innovations when you have Rogue?" since Pokemon Mysterious Dungeon has little to do with Pokemon in terms of gameplay.

Someone needs to translate this, especially the tingle bit because Kirby, DK and Link are in the same picture. Tingle in Brawl?

Meh...I'm not getting a spinoff unless either MD2 is insanely good, or they make a Pokemon MMORPG.
