I do believe there's a connection between when the lists were released. But, honestly, why the hell would you whine about something like that? I can understand if it was plagiarism but this definately isn't. I haven't seen anything this immature from a professional site before.

Both sites are ripping off NintendoWorldReport!

Oh. Hi, thread. I missed you.
Truth be told, I've kind of been waiting for the chance to follow up on this one. Only sorry that "GamesRadar Rips Off 1UP's Tits" apparently wasn't an acceptable headline. Also, I'm kind of unlurked tonight. I guess I'm sorry for that, too. |

The article in question was intentionally antagonizing, meant to be taken with a grain of salt, and perhaps a lot more amusing to everyone here than anyone else. At least we had a good laugh. Also, it was a really long time ago.
Thanks for the parody Sharkey - it was refreshing. We are made fun of in a lot of ways, but few are particularly clever... generally it's something like, "gamezrader suxXX i nly reed gamespot!!11." I have a multitude of potential snarky responses, one of which implies that I could buy 1up and EGM with the change under my sofa, but instead of silly faux rivalries, let's all play some ehcks-bawks thr3-sicksty at my house and have a good time. You can even drink my beer. What say you? Cheers, t |
