Nope. Two controllers and the battery area is fine.

i only have the 1 so cant test another but it seems to be the top battery connection with the issue, the battery is far too loose imo

Not on mine. I can hear the slightest rattle but I think it's likely just the rumble motors or something. Batteries seem very secure.
