All the shipping ones will likely get relisted. Ebay has a pretty strict policy for the last couple years for sellers to charge reasonable shipping.
The main reason being is that people were charging shipping costs as a primary way to earn money off the sale, since Ebay didn't take a cut of the shipping price, but the final sale price.

Technically if someone really wanted to do that they could easily withdraw the money to their account, change all their personal details, delete their banking and then close their paypal account. Not a console but a friend of mine managed to buy a "I Made This" White Xbox One controller for 550$ off of eBay and is now re-selling it for 1,000$.....funny thing is that someone will probably buy that.

I'm just going by what happened to me last year. I sold an item on ebay (skyward sword special edition) for £60 that was brand new, sealed and perfect. The buyer, almost a month later, then opened up a dispute with ebay and paypal after messaging me saying that the item received was in used condition, broken and he wanted a full refund. That was obviously bullshit - he'd played through the bloody thing and wanted rid of it.
Ebay and paypal immediately sided with him, and ordered me to issue a refund. Obviously, I refused. Luckily I knew where this was heading from his first message to me - at that point I removed my bank details from PayPal, changed my address to a fictional one and made sure there any links to my money were truly severed.
When the dispute was opened, my paypal account was put on hold and given a -£60 figure. Guess what? Didn't cost me a penny. I never had to pay that scammer back, thank fuck. Eventually my paypal account was closed, but who gives a shit. I opened a new one.
And my credit rating is fine - I've taken out two loans, got a £8k car and two credit cards since then.

A few thing to keep in mind on the auctions. First a lot of these that are going for some insanely high price are just fake bidders. There is no way that these people are going to get that money. For auctions, look at the bid history. If the bidder has 0 feedback it is most likely a fake bid.
Secondly, keep in mind the shipping charges and eBay/PayPal fees. Shipping can easily run about $50 and the fees for a $600 auction are around $75. Say a ps4 sold for $600. About $440 for the system after tax, and $125 for the above expenses. Is $35 really worth the time and effort involved? Not to mention the chance that you might get scammed out of both your money and your system?

The seller can withdraw the funds right away, the buyer can dispute it and eBay/PayPal will most likely refund the buyer regardless of the £510 still being there or not.
The sellers eBay account will then be suspended and their PayPal account will have a balance of -£510. If this isn't paid after a while they will pass the debt on to a debt collector who will phone him, send letters and perhaps show up at his house. It will go down as a bad credit on his credit profile too and fuck his credit rating.
This is how it is in the UK anyway.
The guy listed the 'box' in the 'consoles' section, he's not going to get away with it.
PS4 and Bone buy it now for $1,000. Shipping $99,000. What the fuck is wrong with people?
