Ludicrously hard? Outright cheat? Not really. But yeah, while at first I was happy since it seemed like a somewhat challenging JRPG (rather rare) it has been genre-standard-easy since then. Nothing particularly troubling, but slightly disappointing after the start.

They dont. I wouldnt say that Kaim and Seth look caucasian in any sense of the word. Also if a character's race/ethnicity fits with the storyline or wherever they are, then thats what they'll make the character. Simple as that.

It's the hair colour. Every playable character except Sed and Jansen would look of Oriental origin were they raven-haired. As it stands Kaim, Cooke and Mack are the least Caucasoid.

I've got a question for the gaffers that already have a copy of it:

Are the discs stacked in the case like they were for Blue Dragon, or are they similar to the Japanese release with the extra flap for holding two discs? I've heard somewhere that for the NA release they have three discs stacked similar to what they did with BD, but then the final disc is just loose in a paper sleeve...I hope that's not the case. I'd be pissed.

lol paper slip? That would just be lazy. It would be much better to just make the cases with the extra flaps like most PS2 multi disc games did.

Also Gamestop damn well better have the game tomorrow...media really needs to start listing the release date, not the ship date. It just gets people hopes up subconciously.

The writer provided the story for the game and all that, then he transferred them into a book. (Mostly the 1000 Years of Dreams bit I think)

I think the text of the "visual novel" segments of the game, the only parts of the game's story actually written by the award winning author, were collected and printed in book form.
