Tried calling to make the order again with the price cut. Lady was already ready with the reason for why my order was cancelled. So no luck.

Just called up at 3:30pm est and they mistakenly instantly reordered it at full price. I told them that was the wrong price and they gave me a credit to make the difference. Worth a shot.

Called up and they gave me a $15 gift card. I'll pay $5 more but since they're including the hat, I don't mind.
Mine says shipped, they've charged my card still, and it has a tracking number with USPS, but it's still in pre-shipment (USPS hasn't recieved it) and the order is categorized under my cancelled orders (despite what my actual order page says). Am I in?
