The 'H' stands for hentai.

Pretty good list.

I'm a little disappointed that Dewprism made the list and Musashi didn't, though.
:(

I am just happy that my favorite franchise got number 1.

It is a pity that they didn't get more votes to get a more "realistic" gauge of what the market wants.

i like that list... it looks like capcom got some work cut out for them... but the way they have been moving... i wouldnt be surprised if that wishlist came true.

Takeda Kenshi

blew Staal
Xenogears, Breath of Fire, AND Ogre Battle in the Top 10? Faith in humanity redeemed.

Also great to see Chrono and Romancing SaGa so high up.

No Phantom Dust = FAIL.

No Chromehounds = FAIL.

Okami at #3 when it bombed so hard there = FAIL.

Jet Set Radio being on the list some what redeems it though.

Famitsu readers actually WANT a Gotcha Force sequel that badly?!

THERE IS INDEED HOPE FOR THE HUMAN RACE! :lol

Any way, I can definitely get behind this list. Specifically, for the case of the ones I bolded.

I'm glad to see some really niche/forgotten series in there.

But no Suikoden? Does not compute. I wonder if this poll was taken right around Tierkreis' release because I know the series has more fans than that.

There are some other suspicious omissions. No Darkstalkers? F-Zero? Lunar? etc.

I'd be all over for Okami 2. Just tighten the experience a bit and make the combat seamless and we'd have another classic.

Oh god Clover. You did things that won't be topped by any studio ever...

Interesting list.

Speaking of Famitsu though, are we getting one this week? I think Golden Week is still on, but I'm not entirely sure.

Despite "teh kiddeh" appearance, those who actually know and love the game would find an interesting game that utilizes the "Gundam Vs." engine to great avail. There's a lot of different unit types to play, which made for a lot of great variety. And as fast traditional "Gundam vs." games were, this one, some how, was even faster! :D

Needless to say, I could certainly go for another sequel. If Capcom were to ever seriously canvas this list, I would need 'em to especially pay heed to both GF AND Rockman DASH! :D

GotchaForce at #4 ? Seriously ? :lol
I don't know which is more sad, that or the fact that Suikoden isn't even on the list.

If you could get past the ->horrible voice acting <- in the US version, the actual game was pretty good, but I'd gladly swap this position with the Metal Wolf Chaos one to make a better list.

Ya know, that Sakura Taisen at #1 reminds me of the rampant rumor that was essentially confirmed by the president of NISA that someone's working on Sakura Taisen V.... I was wondering, on a scale from not happening to impossible, how likely would it be for someone to bring over a Sakura Taisen game that didn't bring the series to a grinding halt? :D

LOL can't believe this list has gotten any kind of actual discussion. The number 1 choice has 267 votes. This list isn't representative of jack squat. More people are discussing it in this thread than actually voted in it. It looks like an internet poll that every game's supporters forgot to spam.

They did make an OVA series and I think some live stage performances of V shortly after its release, also there was that DS game that came out long afterward was basically a Mysterious Dungeon game that had all the characters. Not a traditional game, but still made use of the IP.

I know, but given how the series had been going, that pretty much is a grinding halt. :/ I'm hoping for a subtitled release of 1 or 3 for the PS2, since Sony's apparently allowing that now.
