North has said he's voicing Drake this year. Uncharted 3 is all but confirmed.

I guess it could be about one of their announced titles, but the only announced title I can think of from Sony's first party is The Last Guardian.

perhaps not sony themselves, but they should get someone to do it. gow collection was amazing, ico/sotc are definitely another one of sony's franchises that deserves the same treatment.
