Rakuten is legit guys. Do not be afraid to order from there.

It's a third party seller called rushhourgamer, but I've bought multiple things from them in the past and they were all smooth transactions.

Not saying something can't go wrong, but chances are you will be fine.

Are the S controllers Bluetooth as well? I remember some version of the Xbone controller having bluetooth. Asking cause I'll be getting these for PC.
