Rayman Legends Demo up on eShop

For anyone wondering, the demo has a bit more than the Gamestop kiosk one. Besides the same two levels, you get a third "Toad" level to try out and two of the levels have those blue guys to rescue and you can go back if you missed any to perfect the level. You're also given several characters to choose from.

Cross posted.

Rayman feels much more weighted than I remember in the in store demo. Definitely a step up from the loose stuff they had going on. Is this the same build?

All my ganepad does is play a cutscene without sound then go back to the 4 icons where one says main gallery.

Wtf?

Two of my uses have been used up mangs.

I don't think that's possible. The music bugs out all the damn time in the 3DS version, which sucks because it's great music.

OK, I've got to correct me, once the music stopped playing in a scene. But that's all, really.

Awesome demo, I'm hyped, can't believe this and Zombi are things published by Ubisoft of all the pubs in the whole universe, thumbs up, Ubi.

Who would have guessed that Ubisoft would have the best third party support on the system? Man I really hope we get a ZombiU sequel. I love that game.

While I still don't think it will be the platforming bliss of Mario, I played the demo briefly and really look forward to Rayman for the variety and production values.

It's kind of like an interactive cartoon.

Very fun to watch and quite fun to play even though the levels in the demo are sparse and simple.

So you guys think that off TV play is just disabled in the Rayman demo and the full version will allow me to play on the gamepad only? I really like that aspect in NSMBU.

The limit existed on the 3DS as well, I don't really get it and I doubt I'll run into a problem with it, but it is nicer than having them expire, IMO.

As for the demo, the first level sucked, hard. I really hope there's not much of that kind of fare where you're escorting Murphy around.

Second level was pretty solid, the extremely BG&E music was fun to listen to as well, wish it lasted the whole level.

Third level was basically the mobile game but with more production value, it was good fun. I hope if there's more levels cut of this cloth it gets really challenging like it did on mobile. Having nothing to really collect and no grading present is a little troublesome, but it is just a demo.

I would get people complaining about the play limit if it was something between 1 and 5.

But like this? If you play the demo more then 30 times (or 15 in Sonics case) buy the game since you obviously will enjoy it!

And don't start with you want to show it off to other people. 30 times is still plenty for that.

Above all the portraits they have spots for all those little green guys you collect. I was assuming that you find the 9 captured/hidden dudes per level or something.

That isn't present on Castle Rock, is what I meant. My wish is that there are more levels like that and they are graded and challenging since they're cut from the same cloth as the very entertaining mobile game, just with bad ass rock music.

Ahh, ok. I hope so too!

It is the case for the two first levels, not the rythm one.

I like all three honestly. I love all the variety that seems to be in the game, I hope they are able to keep it to the same level in the full version.
I hope to see more things like having to juggle a football ball to free a lum from its cage in the second level

I am looking forward to playing this game with my girlfriend, it seems really to be the perfect fit for this, even more than Trine 2.
