Yeah.. Calm down a little.. Don't get this worked up over a release date. Last couple of weeks you seemed to be getting extra annoyed every other day mentioning that game. They aren't delaying it to just spite people. Delays happens. It sucks. Maybe they should be more open about it? Sure, absolutely. But it happens. My original plan for Drop It was sometime back in 2016 for example.

And yes, a personal twitter account blocking those that are annoying her and pestering her, is 100% understandable.

Do we know if it's possible to have 3ds/Switch cross buy for games? Like could that be possible for something on both ie Blaster Master or Mighty Gunvolt Burst?

Also idk I haven't been actively following that person on Twitter. Just saw them pop up today so maybe she's gotten more hate over the game. I don't think just being more open communication wise is a bad thing though? Would cut off the issue if they just said they need more time vs going silent. I mean no personal hate to the devs even if I think they could handle this better in terms of the PR for the game.

That being said my discord GAF switch friends have trouble figuring out what fighter(s) they were gonna buy due to this not having a release date and SFII being high priced and ARMs not having a demo until recently. One bought SF, one preordered ARMs, and two were trying to get Pocket Rumble as the last they heard was Spring. Now one of them wants to just wait for Pokken.

PITA to get us all on one fighter that we could all play together.

Sorry if I've come off as a dick to anyone personally regarding this. :p

PS: GulAtiCa you've always been upfront about everything even when shit was delayed. Part of the reason I like you and have bought some of your games. :p

NA website doesn't even list a 3ds version for MGB btw. Not sure if it's on purpose or not.

She said the June 20th date is no longer accurate and that they'll make a new announcement when they've got something to share. I get that people would prefer if they'd said it through their official channel rather than a personal Twitter but that's hardly "going silent".

As for Switch/3DS cross-buy, it's probably possible but I doubt anyone will go through the trouble of doing it.

Forgot MGB was out this week. Wonder if we'll get a game as a surprise "& IT'S AVAILABLE NOW!" like Rhythm Heaven Megamix last year. I can see Ever Oasis getting that demo that was rumored

Does anyone know of an easy way to get "current" prices for Switch eShop games outside of the eShop?

USA prices are on Nintendo.com (although browsing isn't very convenient) -- anyone know if there is an equivalent for the Canadian and Mexican eShops?

Trying to figure out if there is an easier way to do the price comparison sheet other than manually transcribing from results on the Switch.

Edit: Okay, I found the US and Canadian web lists of games & prices -- anyone know if there is an equivalent for the Spanish/Latin American/Mexican version? I can't see to find lists of games/prices on the http://www.nintendo.com/es_LA/ site.

This week:

Cars 3: Driven to Win (June 13)
Mighty Gunvolt Burst (June 15)
Sengoku (June 15)
Arms (June 16)

And any random stuff that might drop during the Direct (even if it's doubtful).

Seems like a pretty decent lineup to me. All except Cars I am at least interested in. I'll pick up ARMS since it is 'the big game' for the next month or so and I like beat em' ups so I might grab Sengoku despite hearing mixed things about it.

Also, calling a shadow drop of Zelda DLC #1 and Mario and Luigi DX during the direct today. One thing for each system, both seemingly fairly substantial while not being huge products.

I think we'll get dates for those two, and they'll be soon, but nothing available today.

My dream scenario would be a Box Boy or Picross collection available today for the Switch, but that ain't happening.

It's definitely possible. We know this. NNIDS/NA are connected. They just need to actually implement it. They probably haven't or they don't want anyone using it since they seem to discourage/not "allow" discounts yet as a whole to keep people from going sale-crazy this early in the system's life. I assume cross-buy is part of that, even though it's annoying when we have had this before and there's no reason to not have it now with simultaneous releases across 3DS/Switch/WiiU

I've got a bunch of My Nintendo coins expiring at the end of the month with nothing to use them on as Nintendo still haven't got any Switch rewards. Annoying.

Tempted to get Senran Kagura 2... god help me
I've been looking at getting Senran Kagura Burst for the past week or so since I don't want to start the series with the second game but the framerate is really turning me off. Now seeing the better sequel at a cheaper price is killing me. I'll probably get neither since I am wracked with indecision.

Nintendo eShop (Switch)

ARMS (Nintendo, available June 16) - €59.99/£49.99
Featuring a unique multiplayer fighting sport that lets you trade blows using extendable arms, this game includes elements of both boxing and shooting games, plus an all-new cast of characters. After customising a character with a variety of arms, the player holds one Joy-Con in each hand and throws left and right punches at the opponent. Characters can jump and dash, and players can bend their punches by twisting their hands as they swing. As players learn the game and improve their skills, they will discover a deeper level of advanced tactics. Players can compete against the computer, against a friend on a split screen using a second set of Joy-Con (sold separately), against worldwide rivals online, or with two Nintendo Switch consoles over a local wireless connection.

MIGHTY GUNVOLT BURST (Inti Creates) - €9.99/£8.99
Rather than make a direct sequel to their bite-sized 2D action game Mighty Gunvolt from 2014, Inti Creates has made the next instalment in the Mighty Gunvolt series a brand new full-sized game that features characters from multiple universes with Gunvolt (Azure Striker Gunvolt) and Beck (Mighty No. 9) taking the stage once again, but in a much deeper and more expansive world that differs greatly from the original in many ways. The game systems have been completely revamped and powered up with lots of new additions, including a deep character customization system that lets you mould and shape your character into the ultimate hero that works best for you! But that's not all! The new Burst Combo system rewards you for finishing off enemies and bosses up close and personal, and the Dowsing ability triggers the HD rumble when you get close to one of the many hidden items/areas in the game. The classic pixel style graphics have also been completely redone to blur the line between 8-bit and 16-bit and take you back to the golden age of 2D action games!

ACA NEOGEO SENGOKU (HAMSTER) - €6.99/£6.29
"SENGOKU" is an action game released by SNK in 1991. Players will fight against past ghosts that have been revived to the present age in a devastated Washington City. Players can use special characters who are confined, after releasing them. Fighting by switching to Armour-clad Wolf, Samurai, or Ninja according to the situation will be your key to success.

E3 SURPRISE DOWNLOAD

.......Miitopia demo is out today/right now. yaaayyy???

Hell yeah yay. I sunk nearly 7 hours into that demo throughout the evening and it's every bit as good as I hoped it would be. I can't wait to continue in the full version when it comes out.

...not gonna lie, the demo was surprisingly decent, not to mention lasted a good while. Not something I feel like spending $40 at launch, but I'd totally get Miitopia at $20.

Has nintendo stoped releasing VC Super Nintendo games on 3ds? There isn't that many to choose from and plenty of classics missing.

Pretty much. They're done with VC on 3DS period. Pokémon Silver and Gold are the only two remaining games to launch, I think.

They've released DKC and DKC2. Need to still release DKC3.

Which they've done right after DKC2. You're very out of date. :D

Really, they all came out within a week of one another. Almost exactly a year ago, btw. :)

I mean, the N3DS is the superior choice anyway (overall performance, comfort, features), depending on if you want to drop the extra cash.

Buy a N3DS and trade in the broken one to Gamestop, on a weekend when they are offering a good trade in deal. I got $70ish for my broken 3DS XL.

I like how Mighty Gunvolt Burst is basically a demake of Mighty No. 9 but good.

Yeah I bought it today just so I can have something to play on my Switch, and it was cheap. Only played the first level, it was pretty good! Seems more like my cup of tea than Blaster Master.

Also got SnipperClips to play with my wife and we love PuyoTetris demo. Hopefully I can snag a cheap physical version of it sometime down the line, or digital. But I doubt there'll be ANY digital sales anytime soon.
