I assume the OP directly translated "世界観" ("sekai-kan") which really means "world-view", but is often mistakenly used in Japan to mean something closer to "setting" or "style". I haven't read the magazine yet, but I assume it means that the iPod game will take place in the same world / setting as MGS4. So it is probably going to be set in the same time as MGS4 and be a side story or prequel / sequel using the same general setting.

Also there are enemies where you HAVE to jump and attack them, so it's just X O O O, X O O O, over and over and over because they just stand there and sometimes do an area attack (don't worry, magic or screen killing spells don't work on either of these enemies).

I was hoping that WKC would be better. The combat looked decent, at least.

I'll be honest, I could only stomach to read the first paragraph. Rogue Galaxy had pretty terrible dungeons and I don't think I need to imagine a worse one later on that I didn't encounter. >_<

Famitsu reviews are rarely very negative in what they say about the game, probably out of respect to the companies that pay them for advertisements. In fact, the review text almost never has any substance worth mentioning.

Some of the worst things they will say would be something like, "The game does a good job capturing the feeling of the Harry Potter world, but the performance could have been a little better and the gameplay might feel a bit monotonousness for some players after a while." Translation in western terms: "Well the characters look like actor counterparts and the Harry Potter music is used, but this is one of the most boring and tedious pieces of crap games ever made. I'll be waiting for player reviews and my own experience for WKC. Famitsu gave Nintendogs a 40/40, what does that say about them?

At least PS0 got a decent score, and I didn't expect MGS for the iPod.

bummer. I meant to say "at least 130 devils" in my previous post =x

although they says that the playtime is 30 hrs (white knight), they did say that for online the length is too big to gauge

I'm only about 4 hours into it, but I am enjoying it quite a bit so far. I really like how the game looks and the combat is entertaining.

QFT. I finished IU and found the whole experience pretty enjoyable. Simplistic combat and nice all round characters.

I don't tend to agree with them.

EDIT: That said they do hold some weight in Japan, hope it isn't too damaging.

EDIT2: Last Remnant did good over there, bad over here... maybe it will be opposite with WKC?

I didn't expect much of WKC, but that score is pretty bad...

DS scans look interesting, although they're tiny. I think the art style is finally starting to grow on me.
