it's ForzaGAF, everything forza or do we make a club for Forza 7 and then have to remake for 8 / 9 etc, and it'd be rude to tell the guys who joined for Horizon that the club was having to move to another and vice versa, it's a bit of a crappy situation we're in as it wasn't thought through at launch of the feature but I think there's enough cross over that it shouldn't really affect anyone.
Short :- the list for FH3 is the same one that was used for F6 (I checked while doing the admin on the club).
I think a F7 spreadsheet would benefit the community seeing as I can't see a nice way to split the club apart
Where are the core references from? I feel left out.
They're referencing this thread where Turn10 confirms that FM7 intentionally runs on One Core.

Can anyone who's playing on PC share their settings for how to get good performance?
I've got a 7700k and a 1080ti. No matter what I try it drops to 40-45 fps regularly, doesn't matter if it's 1080p or 4k. Oddly enough I seem to get less drops at 4k

will that keep me from doing "low level" races?
and what about those other drivers? when I use the horn, they will follow me. and sometimes I can drive against one of them, but not always.

The simple answer is gain fans which can be accompished in a multitude of ways. Until you get to know what the open world offers, use the Anna system to recommend events.
Then enjoy the freedom to do literally whatever you wish.
The car you drIve matters little as you can blueprint almost every event to use whatever car you wish and it still counts toward progression. You can also save your upgraded tune and return your GT-R to lower specs to challenge the lower spec races.
The other drivers are other players Drivatars. You are engaging them pretty much exactly as intended. They populate the world with an endless stream of random challengers, provide you opponents for your race events, and often act as aggravating roadblocks when youre trying to get a good drift score.

You get both Hyper-Fast (win a race) and Flare-Lit Driver (win a street race) if you just do a street race in a hyper car, done with all the FH3 forzathon events in like 5 mins since you'll probably get the 20 speed skills during the race and the speed trap one is super easy on the highway above the airport.
I see at least 4 more weeks of FH3 forzathons in the achievements list, no co-op ones fortunately those are just THE WORST!
It really is super bizarre how they took out Clubs from FM7, while it didn't really seem that useful with no in game tools to do much, I always enjoyed seeing how much other people were playing when I would login to get my forzathon events done and marvel at the guys who'd reach gold or higher every week. I really hope they patch in clubs into FM7.

Guys I'm having a problem running FH3 on my PC - it used to run fine but got borked somewhere along the way. Now when I try to start it up it tells me I can't play without a profile. Seems like a bug somewhere. I've googled and tried different things to no avail. Anyone know what to do?

If its a profile issue, is this something to do with a Windows profile or a save game, I don't play on PC so I cannot really help, have you tried on the official forums they are usually helpful.

Agreed. Forza Horizon 3 is one of the best (if not the best) looking games. I've been running it at 5k with 4xMSAA. Looks amazing.
I just wish they do better job with netcode.
Try restarting the game. Some people had that problem and restarted the game. The rewards then popped up for them.
I've restarted the game multiple times since I completed the event, still nothing.
Do you mean the ForzaGAF xbox club or the in game GAF car club?
Basically I want in on the racing action. I know probably a lot of it will move to Forza 7 but I don't own that yet. So...the xbox club I guess?

The Hoonigan car pack is really good for those. Especially the Ford Escort and Twerkstallion FC3S. But if you don't have those...any Nissan Silvia with a drift tune should do you good.

This weeks forzathon is an easy 10 minute affair, the Crown Victoria car is a Ford 2010 Crown Victoria for those like me who don't know their cars (had to google it, lol). The car counts as a Retro Muscle car so you can knock out all the events in it.
I did the 3 race championship thing first, which also got me the passes one, then a street race to wrap it up. Used a downloaded skin of a cool cop car with flashing sirens, felt very need for speed-ish racing tricked out cars in my cop car!
Every time I play Forza Horizon 3 it reminds me how disappointing Forza 7 is turning out to be. No car club, no forzathon yet turned out, etc. Hoping I get some visual jaw drops when I run it on the Xbox One X in 3 weeks.
