Objective and completely true ranking of skits:

1) The College Dropout
2) Late Registration
3) Good Kid MAAD City
4) Chris Rock on MBDTF
5) A Flaming Dumpster fire.
6) Literally every other skit in existence
7) Pause 4 Porno
Never heard of Prince Paul eh, Prince Among Thieves pretty much the gold standard

I feel like kendrick lamar is on another level compared to other popular artists. i can't explain it.

His writing is levels beyond most rappers. No doubt in my mind that he's top 10 ever. His production and concepts can be questionable, but as far as lyrical content goes he's carrying the torch.

Starlito - Manifest Destiny

Enjoy.

which version of kendrick's "i" do you guys prefer, the album version or the single version?

personally i prefer the single version.

The album version, the studio version is lackadaisical.

Agreed. He's only had three main albums and two of them are 10/10 albums. He may be no. 1 on my top favorite MCs of all time someday.

I honestly don't know how Kendrick can top TPAB or even on the same level. Kendrick is seriously the best rapper of the decade easily.

One more quality album and I'm tying him with Jay and Kanye.
Which is funny because I don't like Section 80 or any of his pre-GKMC content.

Which one you prefer between TPAB and GKMC? Also his new work is releasing this year?
TPAB might be my favorite rap album of all time. It's far and away Kendrick's best work.

S.80 and GKMC are pretty close but songs like Sing About Me, Maad City and Money Trees push GKMC over the edge and it's a lot more polished but that's to be expected as he had a record deal with that album. I like the bonus tracks too. S.80 is still really damn good.

Untitled Mastered is one of the best releases of 2016, if it had the live version of untitled 3 and 8, it might be the best release of last year.

I'd assume his next album comes out this year. He's never taken 3 years between albums.

I told you man

I'm kinda wondering what HiiiLife is doing on R. Kelly's instagram though...

It gets better too, but yeah, I feel the same way. I'm on my 6th or 7th listen and it is far better than EVOL at this point. I just wish it was a little more consistent throughout.

EVOL I enjoyed, but definitely not as good as DS2.

Yeah, it was good at first, but it got stale fast. You can tell that Future rushed it out the door to capitalize on his popularity at the time. Even the layout of the tracks follows a similar flow of the DS2 tracks. I was worried this new project was going to be the same kind of thing; he was releasing it to capitalize on that tour he just had with Drake, and to promote this new upcoming tour, but I have a feeling (tales from my ass) that he has been sitting on some of these tracks for a while and this is a legitimate album. I think that if he would of trimmed the fat and tightened up the tracklist on this album, it could have been as good as DS2. We will see if that opinion changes as time passes though.

I didn't mind the fact that it was more of the same, because the sound was simply so solid.

Can anyone explain me this whole hype about XXXtentacion?

soundcloud rapper with an abrasive sound and loyal hardcore teenage anime fans accuses drake for stealing his flow (even though it's common all throughout sc...for years) but is also famous for facing felony charges for armed assault, robbery oh and beating the shit out of his pregnant girlfriend
