True story: The Red Wings players bought Henrik Z some golf vacation at two top courses in Pennsylvania to celebrate his 1000th game which was the last game of the regular season. Not a bad feeling. Win the last game, go hit up the golf courses in Pennsylvania and keep a close eye on Crosby.

Generic NHL branding. All the leagues do it. Every playoff baseball team in MLB last year wore "We came to reign" shirts, just with team logo/color variants.

Technically the Rangers feed is going to be Sam Rosen and Joe Micheletti. Round 1 still gets its local broadcasts in home markets, so it's still on MSG here in NYC. The rest of the country will get the NBCSN feed, though.

Hah, same here, except I snuck in about 20 minutes late but it was the first time this week. It was definitely one of those days where you wake up, see you're a bit late, debate jumping out of bed and racing to be on slightly late and decide to hit snooze a couple of times and amble in instead.
