- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (1990) - Even though this movie borrows a few elements from the 1987 cartoon series (coloured headbands, character personalities, April being a reporter) it is the most faithful to the original 1984 Mirage comic series. The plot is mostly pieced together from the first few original issues. Also, the movie has a cool vibe to it, very late '80s/ early '90s and of course Jim Henson's animations were great.
- Turtles Forever (2009) - This is a TV movie, but it is still a movie. I do have some problems with this one, mostly with the original 1987 Turtles being depicted as being much stupider than they were from the original cartoon. The original series did get really stupid, yes, but it was never this bad. But I did like the cross over between the 2003 turtles, the 1987 turtles and the 1984 comic book series.
- TMNT (2007) - This was an OK CG film. The only real problem I had with it was the weak villain plot.
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze (1991) - This is just a watered down version of the first 1990 movie. A lot more slapstick and kid friendly. To be honest, it is not very good, but I do have to give it some bonus points for Vanilla Ice.
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Out of the Shadows (2016)- I can appreciate this one for trying to be like the 1987 cartoon series, but at the same time, it is not for me. Too many obnoxious scenes for my liking. But I liked it more than the first one.
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (2014) - I don;t really remember much about this one...
- Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles III (1993) - The worst one. Nothing more to say.
