I like just about all of them in Tokyo Mirage Sessions #FE.

Tsubasa - Fly - You're My Wind

Yashiro - Black Rain

And of course, the entire cast singing Drama's Light. Music from the end of the game, so spoilers.

Drakengard 3 - This Silence Is Mine

Fatal Frame 3 - Koe

Fatal Frame 2 - Chou

Xenoblade Chronicles - Beyond the Sky The Japanese version is just as good.

How could I forget the best villain song? Rhapsody: A Musical Adventure - Evil Queen

I can't pick a single favorite. So I'll post some of the less mentioned ones, since some of my other favorites have already been posted.

Other than Snake Eater, which would be my first choice, there's Sins of the Father (Kojima knows how to pick memorable theme songs, doesn't he?). Others that comes to mind are Tears from Max Payne 3, Bastion's Build that Wall, the recent Nier: Automata has one of the most incredible soundtracks I've ever heard but I'm not sure that counts as it's a made up language.

Persona 5- Rivers in the Desert

I also love Leilana's song from Dragon Age Origins

Enchanter from Dragon Age Inquisition

Aloy's theme from Horizon Zero Dawn just to name a few.

What about The Weight of the World both English and Japanese version

Japanese

I still consider Emi Evans the best version even though its made up language.

These are fine but I was thinking more along the lines of Wretched Weaponry, Opera Boss Theme or City Ruins with the Amusement Park Theme being a standout in a soundtrack that has no right to be half as good as it is.

I played and finished Gravity Rush 2 three times but every time I hear this song I want go back and play it again.

Both games have great sound tracks. Speaking of the apple song, I really liked that you can stasis pick up the apple in the first game. Shame it wasn't in the second one.

I know NieR Automata might not win GOTY (to me it should) because it too niche but my god it should win best soundtrack of the year or at very least it should get nominated.

No argument here. A truly great game with an absolutely incredible soundtrack.

The Temple of Time (OoT).

And yeah, the Halo theme was very close.

Persona and NieR are both strong enough franchises that I could easily fill a Top 10 (if not Top 20) with vocals from just these two, and I'm appalled no one has picked Kimi no Kioku from Persona 3 yet, but the real answer is from an obscure visual novel called The House In Fata Morgana.

You gotta hear "Giselle" ingame so I shall not link it here, but even its runner ups are something else.

Tidal Rush From Splatoon 2:

Both Calamari Inkantation versions are a close second:
Splatoon 1:

Splatoon 2 (Spicy Version):

Got a adrenaline rush at both final bosses in the Splatoon games the presentation is insane, and while sure the Splatoon 1 boss is harder the second one is better presentation and design wise. But both are very good and unique at how it's done i would put em both in my top 100 final boss list and very highly there too.

It certainly was a special gaming experience i put my tv on the loudest settig i could during these moments it was amazing.

Can't wait for my Squid Sisters tattoo in early 2018 (based on art design of my avatar)

That a capella vocal in Snake Eater when you're climbing the long ladder gives me the chills still to this day. One of the most moving vocal segments in any game I've ever played. A nice pinch of reverb to set you in the scene of the long climb.

The song itself is a great composition in the vein of a Bond theme, but man, that bit gets me every time.

So many good vocal tracks, but I never see anyone mention Enix's brilliant Bust-a-Move (Groove) series. Like my favorite and most difficult for me to play - the sexually charged Magic Tower from BaM2.

I love these games.

Oh yeah, huge shout out to the best end credits music of all time, Homeworld (The Ladder) by Yes for, duh, Homeworld.

Though I also really adore Stuart Chatwood's I Still Love You from Prince of Persia The Two Thrones.
