I would recommend Let's Active - Cypress and the Sad Lovers and Giants oeuvre, the production is more than halfway there.

Dead

well not really...yet
Slowdive
Sunny Day in Glasgow
DIIV
Wild Nothing
Beach House
Candy Claws
Cranes (more goth influence)

Lol. This is why I just say I listen to alt rock and goth most of the time. The sub genre naming load out is a fucking mess.

If you like Cranes you should give Siddal a listen. Anybody here listen to Dead Can Dance?

Thanks to everyone for the suggestions so far. It's reminded me that I listened to Beach House's Depression Cherry on Spotify back when it came out, and never got around to buying a copy for myself as that was pretty darn good.

Grizzly Bear - Painted Ruins
Snowmine - Both of their albums
Hammock - Everything and Nothing. Still more ambient rock but they've been adding more vocals. Very dreamy.

Sure it's already been mentioned - Cocteau Twins are awesome. And Slowdive too. Souvlaki is my favorite dream pop record.

I just discovered this on my Spotify Discover Weekly playlist, and wow, I'm just in love with it.

Amarante - Awakening

I haven't heard anything else quite like it before. It has this magical, ethereal sound to the music that's just so mesmerizing. The sections with the female vocals are just...perfection. I want more like this.

Their other newer song, Fleeting Light is also great.
Amarante's older stuff is less electronic, but is also really nice, like Little Heart.
