I'm kinda shocked that not everyone is recommending Mew. They basically are dream pop, and have at least two of the top albums ever in the genre (Frengers and Glass-Handed).

One of my favorite albums. Produced by the guy from Tame Impala, which is why is sounds a lot like Tame Impala.
Now I need to check out this thread because I love this genre.

Moxi isn't super "dreamy" but they make some really great music, and are sadly mostly unknown.

Kye Kye has a really unique and beautiful sound.

Memoryhouse easily fits into the dreampop genre, at least their older songs anyway. Really beautiful and relaxing.

I just discovered this on my Spotify Discover Weekly playlist, and wow, I'm just in love with it.
Amarante - Awakening
I haven't heard anything else quite like it before. It has this magical, ethereal sound to the music that's just so mesmerizing. The sections with the female vocals are just...perfection. I want more like this.
Their other newer song, Fleeting Light is also great.
Amarante's older stuff is less electronic, but is also really nice, like Little Heart.
