I'm sure MGS is available somehow. I remember testing it with the analog stick.

VR Missions is available, MGS itself is on EU PSN, can be transferred via PS3 to Vita but I don't have a PS3

I'm in US. Looking at the list, I guess I got it from transferring it through a PS3.
