Probably because it is a NH Legislature race, not a US House one.

It was a state house seat, so obviously not as covered as GA or MT.

There's an absurd number of people in the NH House. There's literally 400 members. I'd be careful about reading too much into this. Nearly anywhere else, I wouldn't, but NH's state legislature is stranger than most.

Maybe, but it is a seat that a Dem has never been elected to. That alone is a big deal I think.

New Hampshire Democrats flipped a state House seat in a district that Donald Trump won by 7% in 2016. No Democrat had ever won the district before and the victory is the first seat in the country at any level to flip from red to blue after the election of Trump.
