I would have liked to play through it again to get a different ending, but I let a friend borrow the game years ago and never got it back. |

I don't usually bump threads like this, but I got this issue and there is a Dracula X Chronicles ad that says:
"At long last the Beaumont family's quest to destroy Dracula..." Beaumont? Did I miss something or is this another LOL konami? BTW the ad's font looks like something I did in paint. |

Then again it could be a one-shot... I don't know what his deal was at Square-Enix, but hopefully he can either lower his ambitions a bit or oversee the completion of this series.

Somehow I doubt Matsuno is going to make another Ogre Battle-style game, especially considering the two Ogre Battle titles (Gaiden and 64) after the original weren't even touched by Matsuno. If anything he will come up with something original but still strategic in nature. He got a lot of flack for FFT being too similar to TO and his two games after FFT were pretty original (VS, FF12). Plus, if it takes advantage of the wiimote, that's another strike against it being an FFT clone. Last edited by Pellham : 10-09-2007 at 06:59 PM. |
