to be fair, this was a viewers choice. so it is safe to say that it was obvious that GTAIV would win some awards.
but: GTAIV won the style-award. Okami came in last. hm.

He's the first to win this award? I disagree with their choice. There's a bunch of others that deserve it before even mentioning him. But yeah, it's MTV (or its audience) and they choose "celebrities" and people with an edge. There's a heap of great minds out there.
