Nice, thanks for all the suggestions! The Spotify Playlist i've made that's in the OP keeps updating all the time! Over 1000 tracks already. http://open.spotify.com/user/malakaei/playlist/5gZW4WSpROILFTQIx0qz76

I also made a more portable friendly 100 track playlist that's handy for offline use. http://open.spotify.com/user/malakaei/playlist/7mFB0RRl4BdGhBjIAXR0Ku perfect for all those summernight piqueniques!

And get this great free album for the weekend:

Just downloaded the Outrun album and I want to say.
There's any way to give them money? I don't think such a good album with so many tracks should be free.
I want to throw money at the screen, goddamnit.

So worth getting this album. That Plaisance happens to appear (love their LP from last year) is an unexpected but happy surprise.

i agree, 30 tracks on a free album and they are all diamond level tracks, not some tryout-demo-level stuff :D

but i support the artists by buying the other albums from here for example:

No mention of John Foxx? For those unaware, he was a founding member of Ultravox in the late 70s before leaving to go solo. He made a series of excellent solo records before leaving music for several years. He came back, and is currently working with analog synth maniac Benge as John Foxx and the Maths. If you love that 70s-80s synth sound, check out a master at work.

Calico Brawn is the newest and best. 194 is great but a bit too influenced by some stuff in places (probably good though if you don't recognise them). I lived with him so I know what he was listening to a lot of haha. Probably the same with a lot of artists though.

Not sure if this is what you're looking for but Ultra Sheriff's Galactic Fame is really good but might have more of a weird Flash Gordon vibe than a cyberpunk one. There is definitely a dose of 80's to be had though.

Firestorm
Nemesis

Best place to find more seem to be Spotify since most of their songs are not on youtube.
