I was really bummed out when my AirPods didnt work on the ps4
None of the three consoles support Bluetooth audio natively. All of them support USB audio, which obviously can then be converted to bluetooth.

For nintendo switch portable mode to use airpods. buy these 2 things:

I just tested airpods in nintendo switch portable mode and it works. I do not have that exact 'usb-c to usb' adapter, but i have some generic noname one bought off the streets.
The mic doesn't work.

The mic works for headsets made by Creative. The microphone may or may not work for various headsets not made by Creative. You can read the comments and reviews on amazon on which headsets work and which does not work.
