If it is real, it looks like Strange is in his astral projection form (he looks like hes coming out of a portal), coupled with the dialogue it could be quite a meaty spoiler.

I dunno, it would be a bit weird if they didn't.
Since he's a synthetic Android I expect Thanos to rip Visions head clean off and take the gem. They can get pretty graphic with his death since he isn't a person and maintain a PG-13 rating. Might even still be talking after his head is ripped off until the gem gets extracted.
I'm expecting it to be the first major death in the movie.

Upfront is the poster boy, followed by the ladies of marvel, then the "we had to wait till phase 3 to get movies" section followed by the side kicks in the back, and the hulk sneering in the translucent distance because he can't get a new movie.

Thanos acquires the fully powered Infinity Gauntlet in The Avengers: Infinity War, but loses when all the superheroes team up together to stop him.
No Cap means more screen time for Bucky, which I'm ok with.
As awesome as Cap is.
