To be fair they are probably running from the same torrent I am which was 240 gigs which admittedly is a lot of porn to get through.

Retired, under contract with someone else, retired, too old, and I have no idea who that is, but probably retired. Most popular Asian performer they could have gotten for this is probably Marica Hase. Or Cindy Starfall, but she's Vietnamese, which wouldn't make much sense either.

Its not really surprising at all. Its well known that hardcore drug use is very common among hardcore porn stars (male and female)

Drug use will age you at an astounding rate (except pot)

Outside of very specific circumstances, Japanese actresses don't do American porn. Marica Hase, IIRC, married a westerner, and that's why she's been shooting in America and Europe. She's basically said that the problem is that once your shoot for the West, you're basically dead to Japanese studios, so without being able to go back and forth you'd better have a great safety net in place or be absolutely sure you're going to be a star in Western Porn.

Asa Akira is under contract with Wicked Pictures, so Brazzers couldn't get her for this even if they wanted to.
