My game downloaded 23.2GB and is now stuck endlessly installing. Woohoo.

Edit: Lol, now it's downloading again from scratch.

I spent most of last night trying to get it to download. I downloaded 7.6 of 7.7 gigs and it went on for 45 minutes thinking about that last .1gb. Then I restarted and it tried to download 8.3gb. Then Steam crashed and when it started again it was downloading a 23gb patch which finally worked.

So I went back to my pre-patch save game and the patch completely fubared all of my characters, because it broke all of my appearance mods.

Really fucking annoying.

It was the closest to original XCOM that I have seen, I quite enjoyed it, but I'm rather biased here.
There are things I like about Firaxix XCOM but it's quite a different game overall.
I don't like them departing from simulation like mechanics to scripted events.
