Hi, may I ask a question real quick (I'm so sorry if it's frowned upon)?

Do you guys have any go-tos for buying not absurdly priced shipping online? When I go to USPS.com, the only shipping they let me buy online is like $20 for what's essentially a game in a bubble mailer. Am I doing something wrong?

I basically ask because, I want to sell more things here, but with my schedule and post office locations, I can't really get to a post office to ship things except on Saturdays. The main reason I still sell most things via eBay is because I can print shipping labels, but if I'm being honest I just don't like eBay all that much for selling.

Any recommendations or help is super appreciated :3

A game in a bubble mailer should qualify for priority mail shipping of about $7.

You can always use flat rate boxes as a basis for calculating the most you should consider paying for shipping.

UPS and FedEx might be cheaper for boxes once you hit a certain size, but the post office is generally cheapest for shipping a game.

A game in a bubble mailer costs $20? If it's a standard game (and case) and it's a smaller size bubble mailer, you should be able to send it first class mail, with tracking, for around $2.50-$3, depending on how far it's going. A small to medium bubble mailer via Priority Mail should be around $7-$10.

PS - I use stamps.com, which does have a USPS First Class mail option.

Do you know the weight of the stuff you are shipping?

Either-way I tend to ship through PayPal....https://www.paypal.com/SHIPNOW

USPS.com does not have a first class option and if your games are below 13 oz you should always use it as it tends to get there the same time as priority mail but cheaper.

WTB: a PS4 for under $200. Obviously expecting an older model. Don't necessarily need a controller if it's cheaper without.

WTS and/or trade: Xbox One (white or black) with or without a Kinect and/or Elite Controller. Controller works fine but has a loose thumbstick that I have never noticed causing an issue in terms of actual movement. Some minor cosmetic wear as well. Original boxes should all be available. Have physical copies of Halo 5 and Sunset Overdrive too. Looking for some quick cash so make an offer.

I have three Xbox One systems, one for myself, my wife, and our son. We are all moving to PS4, hence the variations. We only want to keep one XB1 and don't care which it is.

I would trade one of them with the Elite Controller for a PS4 system with controller straight across. Lotsa feedback, pics on request.

Paypal's USPS or UPS shipping label is basically buy/sell/trading's best kept secret. I used to ship games in a bubble mailer for like $4ish bucks.

or you can get Priority Mail shipping supplies free from USPS like flat-rate small boxes and flat-rate envelopes, etc. and it's like $6 or $7, and I think it includes free Insurence up to $100... I may be wrong?

this was basically how I would buy/sell/trade w/o breaking dat bank, for YEARS.
