I'm with Famile. Anyone going into quick match with the three stealth heroes deserves every cancerous, unfun match they get. You're deliberately picking an abusive comp by taking advantage of quick match as a game more whose sole purpose is to fuck over both the enemy and your own team.

This is a good example of why quick match shouldn't exist... ;-)

It works out both ways though.

We either win or get dominated. I'd say we're around 40-50% winrate doing this.

Yesterday Proto and I queued into it with Valeera and Zera. They had Murky with the egg reveal, Chromie, Ana, Tyrande and someone else. Anytime Murky's large ass egg would spot one of us, Chromie would panic hit her 1 button. Add in random ass owls and random sleep darts. Was enough for an altf4.

Sounds like a bad idea to vorpal to their hall, get booted out and then Chromie/core, etc dumps on you while you try and wait 3 seconds for stealth?

Speaking of trolls I haven't seen Ketch on since he got back. Every time I log into client it says "logged off" and it's always somewhere between 10-30 mins before I got on. Narrow miss.

FWIW the anecdotes about stealth are true in my experience. We used to do it with two stealth back in the day and it was always a stomp one way or the other, but usually the stomp was on us. Was worth the risk for the times when it worked, though.

It's cancerous in the way that stealth in general can be cancerous, but it's not too often you don't hit some kind of reveal nowadays even playing just one stealth. So if you build a team of stealth, that seems like proper risk vs reward. Odds are you're getting countered more than not so it balances out.

Yep I think that's what they're saying. It's a big risk to get some juicy ganks but is more likely to result in some frustration so it's not really as bm as was suggested.

Yeah, I’m not saying it’s broken -it’s that it’s extremely unfun for everyone else involved, including the other people on your team. They now have to cover 3 lanes with two characters, and you’d best hope they have Wave clear else it’s going to be a miserable game.

And re 5 people queuing into QM - yep, if you’re going in as 5 with a try hard team comp then it is equally unfun and unfair for people, no questions there. The only time we go as 5 into QM is to test something silly and rand9m, and judging by our win rate you’re probably in luck if you get matched with us. Often Gazlowe is involved...

My point is that you dont really have to go out of your way to get uneven matches in qm (even down to skill lvl amongst players in-game..), i dont really think a 5-man or a specialist squad or whatever stands out in particular and i dont get it when ppl complain about the mode's balance since it has been nowhere near balanced since inception, it is literally a mode that uses ai to create hodgepodge teams that thinks diablo and arthas can fill the same spot. It's like if ur shanking someone in an alleyway and then you pull out a gun and dude getting stabbed is like wait man that's not fair this is rigged

Wait no i take that back, tass/tracer duos need to not happen

It's super fun if the other 2 actually do soak while we roam around. If anyone soaks out of us, its Proto on... Nova. Lul.

Zera + Val can basically wipe anyone out anyway.

If we can get ahead to 10 first, we typically win, but there are a lot of cases of the other team having better heroic spikes.

One of our goals with our changes to Muradin, and with many of our changes to Warriors going forward is to better normalize the amount of damage that they are able to put out. While we think it can be fun to play a Warrior who also does a ton of damage, we also want to make sure that Assassins have the primary role of doing high amounts of burst or sustained damage to the enemy team.
Muradin's changes are explicitly to nerf his ability to talent into a Bruiser role. Probably a good change overall, but Hawkray's not going to be happy about that.

I like how the patch notes on Junkrat are regarding his PTR build, as if everyone followed that >_>

I’ve considered running Samuro because one of us usually ends up soaking a lane in the early game anyway. Although if we did this over comms, to tighten up our rotations, that shouldnt be necessary.

Nova also provides the burst damage for early game picks (over Samuro) while surprisingly offering above average siege/merc potential with bribe, snipe master, precision strike and explosive round.
Sounds reasonable, I'm a terrible Nova

It's the biggest lie i've seen ever. New mura is broken. Super stun-bot and still going to be bruiser-mura

Heavy Impact at level 7 is going to make enemy teams cry.

Oh so new Mura is good? Lol I haven't followed PTR, but what I had read when they first showed the changes was that Muradin was basically deleted out of the game for being trash. Internet and hyperbole go hand in hand, so I was still reserving judgment until it hit live.

Don't play him much anyway, but I'm psyched for my boy Zul'Jin! Certainly sounds like an improvement so I hope that's the case!

Tass needs to lose the lifesteal on the shields and be rebalanced around just being a burst damage mitigator.

Auriel is completely designed around synergy, Tassadar should not be.
