Hey y'all! It's GDC time!! I've been handling GAF meetups the last couple of years by organizing via Line groups and it works out much better than trying to check in with the thread while you're in the middle of a conference. The idea is that we would like to at least have a lunch or something but folks can use the group as a place to organize some informal meetups for talks or share information for things like parties. It makes the experience much nicer as I've gotten some extremely good tips from Gaffers the last few times we did this.

So quote this post for the line group link! And just FYI this won't work from your PC. Gotta do it from your phone. Hope to see you all out there!

As always, locals who are not attending the conference are welcome just keep in mind you obviously won't be able to attend conference events with us.

Damn that sucks. I just flew in myself. Spending today and tomorrow in Redwood before I head into San Francisco.

Trying to figure out what to do for dinner tonight. Might head over to Shabu House in Burlingame if you or anyone here wanted to meet up there

Getting my first hands-on with the Switch with that game around half-one on the Wednesday, before I fly back and [hopefully] set the thing up at home. I'm easy to spot: I'm the one who seldom looks like he has a clue what's going on at these sorts of conferences.

Got a ton of sessions stacked up but I believe I left a chunk of Thursday off to walk around the expo so I'll go by and say hi!
Wonder if Epic is giving nice t-shirts away this year too ;D

Edit: might even go today depending on the schedule.
