I wouldn't mind Day of the Tentacle Remastered.
Doesn't change the fact that it's still really stupid. His father didn't raise him, he should have the same level of attachment to his biological father as to his biological mother (i.e. none).
If nothing else, his mother, if more easily found, could give him clues to his father.

My impression of Gon is that he wants to find Ging for the sake of the challenge. He might be his "dad", but he doesn't think of the guy as one of his parents, not in the same way he thinks of Mito. Look how casually he brushed aside Ging telling him to screw off, but you know he'd be crushed if Mito ever said anything similar to him.
I don't think he'd bother trying to find Ging if it wasn't for the effort that it'd take.

ToonamiGAF, I get no one liked DORT, but Dimension W was a way more disappointing pickup than IBO last year.
For worst character? I think Absalom took that one.
Yeah, mainly because of how much Funimation pushed it. It was the second show we got that aired while it was pretty much brand new, and the last show that did that was Space Dandy. Going from that to Dimension W was a huge disappointment.

it was a close debate between Puri Puri Prisoner and Absalom, and I think it was resolved when someone pointed they were bad for basically the same reasons

I love the series but I don't have to rush to buy it since I know for a fact that season 2 will come to toonami so buying it or not won't effect that.

I think individual nen abilities will get recognition later on but I feel fine about cutting nen as a general concept since even ignoring that it wasn't used all that well in 2016, it's mostly just a springboard for other stuff

FINALLY. But $54 for only 12 episodes (I don't recall those OVA episodes being long, & did Viz even dub them?) feels expensive when I just bought a series that's 26 episodes for $50.
What's even included with the LE? Some artbook I'll read once then put on my bookshelf & a few pictures that I'll look at once then put away forever?
Edit: $45 isn't much better for just the Blu-ray, plus you don't get that bonus item they're teasing if you get the LE....& it's out the Tuesday Puyo Puyo Tetris is out & the Friday before Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

one punch man is effectively like 3 movies, so it's really not out of line in pricing in regards to that

)While that's obviously bad here, the idea is actually kinda cool. I would like to see someone mix and match languages for a series that kinda fits. I remember seeing a twitter post of someone doing that with Yuri on Ice and it was pretty neat.
