I don't really need a tag, but I figured I'd get one to make people jealous. Is it working?
Bumping for the sake of the economy.

Also, are there supposed to be daily/flash deal type things? Last sale, Hitman: Absolution hit $5 and I thought Sleeping Dogs did too. But I also seem to remember those being announced beforehand like these prices.

There are one day long sales and they are listed as that. But I wouldn't compare them to Steam's dailies.

Heard that Warlock is Civ V like so I'm probably gonna grab that. $10 for that and all the DLC in that Majesty bundle is very tempting

Might get ACIII for the PC though. 13 bucks seems pretty good.

This will be mine assuming I remember to buy it next week. I've wanted Generations for awhile now and am always tempted to replay Sonic Adventure, so this is just icing on the cake. The genesis stuff will be traded off/given away,

Nice to see a few new games on the list like Bioshock Infinite and ACIII but I swear that I see the same bundles of Crusader Kings and all of the shitty DLC for these types of games on every Amazon sale. O great Spec Ops again!!

A lot of good deals coming. I think I might bite on some of them but likely won't get to play them for a while. Running the PC in general makes things way to hot at home even with the fan on. If only consoles got deals like this.

Because Acti apparently has next to no interest in this sale whatsoever, just giving Amazon the green light to put a 25% discount across its entire catalogue.

It's well worth $10 for everything in there. Warlock has as Civ V vibe, but it is it's own game. More combat focused for one and the worlds/fantasy makes it feel different. It's more of a lighter version of Civ but very enjoyable in its own way.

I bought it (and having a blast BTW). It's just a regular code that you can register on the TSW website. So no Steam and no Origin. It's also a 38gb download.

Regarding Episode 1: DON'T DO IT

I doubted, as well. I thought it couldn't possibly be as bad as they say. It was just Sonic fans being picky as fuck again. Even if it didn't make a good Sonic it could probably be a decent platformer otherwise...

NO! IT IS THAT BAD! If you love your Steam account, don't put this on it. It is an abomination.

Episode 2 is good tho.

It's a shitty port. They don't even adjust the controls to modern analog stick resolutions so it's hyper twitchy. At least it's still kind of playable, unlike Crazy Taxi.

P.S. I just noticed that is not for Transformed. All hope is on Steam sale now, or maybe one of these 6-hour deals on GMG, hopefully when I am not at work or asleep.

re: Warlock. A couple of points

- Get the Armageddon expansion. You do not want to play this game straight up vs. the AI, the AI is dumb as bricks in the normal mode. Armageddon adds a asymmetrical aspect to the game is a lot more fun.

- The game is not fantasy Civ 5. There is not a complex tech tree or a lot of development of terrain and planning to do. It is a wargame, and it plays out more like Fantasy General with a city management/strategic overlay than it does Civ 5. It does look like Civ 5 but that's just because it is a pretty hex based strategy game using reasonable UI conventions.

Man it's not even this sale, look at the summer PSN sale, actually scratch that, look at every sale ever. Activision is bad at sales.

Anyone know which of the Sims 3 packs are worth having while they're on sale? I only own the base game - thinking of getting Sims 3 Pets and maybe one or two others.

Regarding buying game downloads from outside the US, could I just use an address I stayed at a year ago? Does anything actually get sent to the address you give when you buy a digital download?

The only thing I got from this sale is the mass effect trilogy for $20. Pretty good deal and i'm enjoying ME 1 so far. I only played a little of it years ago.

So lets say I'm interested in maybe buying The Sims 3. If I were to do this, which out of the ones on sale should I buy and which should I skip, and secondly are these sale prices even good deals?

I'll be honest I haven't really priced the game out before.
