There are many more threads about this here on Gaf. It's crazy. I was hacked/phished for $75 prepaid points in Fifa 12 shit on October 24th (reported it immediately) and I'm still waiting. If I knew what this investigation was going to be like I would have just eaten the $75.

No problem, I hope you have some luck with the MS people that the BBB contacts. The MS people taking BBB complaints seem really backed up. I'm barely in contact with my Xbox Exceptions Analyst. Hopefully everything gets worked out within the next couple of days. I'm passed due to get my account and MS Points back.

Oh ok, I thought your account was still locked down. Forget about the account migration stuff then. You should have gotten your money/points back by now. Insist to talk to some higher ups on support or try the BBB.
