I can't say anything specific because I have signed NDAs at work, but there's a couple of other products in the market (not vg related) that have the same issue.

It's bad. But I have to add, it could be something ENTIRELY different.

No idea, I'm only customer support lol, each time I've just processed a refund or escalated it.

It's just been a recurring issue for us over Christmas. Not gaming related and could be something else entirely.

Edit: It was a certain cheapo brand of laptop. I'm allowed to say that much. Not saying anything else.

If they're overheating with that massive of a case and fan, somebody needs to get fired. It seems like only a couple of people are having it so far though. Hopefully it doesn't get widespread.

Seems like too great a volume of fluid for it to be thermal compound, even if it was liberally applied. Damaged heat pipes, maybe?

That won't be an issue. No way MS built the Xb1 with any kind of risk to get a RROD situation.

Also we would have heard way more reports since the first days after launch is the time where people play nonstop.

I'd say it has something to do with the capacitors. There are couple rows in the mobo.

Smoking gpu/cpu would not really make any sense if it's just a cooling problem.

My understanding is the cpu fan in the Xbox One runs backwards compared to regular computer fans, it blows up through the vents on the top while drawing in air from the sides.

Obligatory:

Microsoft just shot themselves in the foot.

I don't know how much the rest of you know about being cummed in the face (I'm an expert), but honor and shame are huge parts of it. It's not like it is in America where you can become successful by being getting cummed in the face. If you cum on people over in Japan and Europe, you bring shame to yourself, and the only way to get rid of that shame is to wash your face.

Microsoft, publicly apologize and wipe your customers cum off their faces or you can kiss your business goodbye.
