It's going to be either DMC5 or RE2 at PSX, but I think there is really a slim possibility that either one of those show up at TGS. Mind you, I don't know how these games sell in Japan, but I always got the impression that they are bigger in the West.

What unfounded speculation though? Itsuno is working on a new title that started development around the same time as DMC4SE released, and Capcom has been releasing new titles in all of their major franchises and reviving others, after they stated that they were gonna do just those things. Even RE2 Remake is happening. DMC is the only major candidate left, besides maybe Revelations 3.

But anyway, no, not until we know what Itsuno is working on. If that's not DMC anything then yes, go nuts.

Only thing I see happening is Dragonball FighterZ trailer (if that), and something new Danganronpa (if that). I expect the rest to be random JP games we'll never get and JP version of western titles that have been done to death.

I don't think Sega will announce a new Virtua Fighter at TGS, next year at Jaepo is my bet.

Anyway, the day Sega announces VF6 I'll be the most happy person on earth : )
