She won the battle, and totally fucked herself over for the war. Cersei's flaw has always been not being able to see more than one move ahead.

they're the father and daughter that he and Arya stayed with back in like season 5 maybe? He's basically the reason they're dead.

It's the family he stole from when he was there with Arya. The two that took them in and gave them food that he said wouldn't survive the winter. He even alluded to kind of knowing them.
Also, KNEW that greyscale hand was gonna be Jorah.
The father and daughter who hosted the hound and arya a few seasons ago. They ate a bunch and then stole their silver. It was shown in the preview
