Mumford Procedure like Romo is an option. Dallas forced Romo back too soon in 2015 and he broke the damn thing again, and that was not his throwing shoulder, I would hope they take extra precaution here, do not want Green Bay to trot into the playoffs and have him break the fucking thing again

Mike McCarthy gets angry as reporter asks about Colin Kaepernick

Packers coach Mike McCarthy grew visibly angry today when a reporter asked if Green Bay would consider signing free agent quarterback Colin Kaepernick.

McCarthy said that with Aaron Rodgers injured, the Packers were confident in Brett Hundley as the new starter and Joe Callahan as the backup. When a reporter then asked, “Is there any idea of bringing Colin Kaepernick in to compete for that backup job?” McCarthy glared at the reporter and went off on an angry tirade.

“Did you just listen to the question I just answered? I’ve got three years invested in Brett Hundley, two years invested in Joe Callahan, the quarterback room is exactly where it needs to be. OK? We’re fortunate to have a great quarterback in Aaron Rodgers, we’re committed to the path we’re on. We need to play better as a football team. Brett Hundley will start this week and Joe Callahan will be the backup,” McCarthy said.

This Zeke case is such a waste of money and is only continuing so both side can posture and chest pound.

I did not follow the Brady case very closely but damn they are exhausting every avenue for this Zeke case only to eventually lose. The shithead needs to back down take his six games and be thankful he is not in jail.

Pack training staff will (correctly) advise based on long term impact rather than whatever the quick fix is. The organization is far-sighted to a fault, they won't go against the grain this one time.

Considering it's his throwing shoulder, rushing back is a fool's errand no matter what you do. Might as well get it right.

Maybe install a titanium collarbone while they're in there

Some absolutely horrendous Raiders stats (Downing is killing the offense):

Derek Carr has the fewest completions (3) and attempts (10) on passes of 20 yards or more downfield of any starting quarterback in the NFL.

Raiders offense has used play action on only 12 drop backs this season, the fewest of any NFL team

Raiders defense has allowed 17 or fewer points in three games. They’re 1-2 in those games

The #Raiders have run 70 outside zone scheme runs this season (six games), six more than they did all last season (64).
