Wow, hardy makes this one even less useful then the PBR surfing pikachu then, unless the Z move really makes uf for it.

195BP, +2 critical hit rate, works off of Thunderbolt. It's better than Pikachu's regular Z-Move that's for sure... which makes locking it to an event kind of frustrating. (Light ball still wins everything anyway though)
