Congrats to those who made it.

Malebolgia is number 28 now in the top 100. There no way I'm not greenlit in the next batch, right? Would be a nice birthday present if they keep up the bi-weekly schedule.

The hook for Tinertia is that you use the right analog stick to fire rockets in any direction (on a 2D plane) and if you want to jump you need to fire at the ground to rocket jump, there is no jump button. Everything is physics based, so the angle you shoot at determines how you jump in the air, off walls or off the ceiling!

We're going for very tight, difficult, and short levels that really force the player to learn the rocket mechanics. Hopefully a few of you guys are big into difficult platformers!

Yatagarusa from that bundle is different from Yatagarusa: Attack on Cataclysm. So there won't be a key for that one. I think it was even mentioned on the actual bundle. It was just used as a way to promote the game while it was on indiegogo.

Just giving people a heads up on this one.

Thanks, added. I missed the mention of the Sigma Bundle when searching for I, Zombie, searching for The Sea Will Claim Everything just redirected me to the game's own page which doesn't mention the Humble Bundle, and the search results for the others didn't mention them despite the bundle pages being returned.

No. This is mentioned in the post directly above yours. ;)

I have had a look at the ten games which I had upvoted and which are not yet greenlit. For what it is worth, click on the images to go to the Greenlight page of each game. Feel free to comment about my choices.

By the way, I have a collection of badly marketed games (slightly NSFW). If you have any comment or suggestion (either add or remove a game), I would be glad to read them.

Fairies Vs. Darklings: Arcane Edition

Fairies vs Darklings: Arcane Edition is a new and revamped version of the Faeries vs Darklings Facebook game, developed by Interama Games and previously published by Atari. This new version features the fun and enjoyable mix of Match-3 and Combat gameplay from the classic version, enhanced with a plethora of new features to add a new layer of strategy and depth to the game. Travel to the fantasy land of Titania, a world thriving with magic and peace... Until, from within its very heart, the seed of corruption started to grow and darkness threatened to enshroud all of its islands and their inhabitants in ruin and desolation. As a young wizard of pure heart and brave disposition, you shall yield the magical powers of the very land itself by matching gemstones and using the mana harvested from within them to summon a variety of magical Fairies, spirits of Virtue that will aid you in your battle against the malicious and vile Darklings.

Greenlight

Looks like some games have been stealth-Greenlit. Seems like they've stopped making batch announcements, and are approving them individually or in smaller bunches every so often.

Anyways, Gurumin: A Monstrous Adventure was one of the Greenlit titles. The devs were giving people free copies of the game for voting yes, joining the group, and posting a comment.

Train Valley was another one, along with Cavern Kings, Jenny LeClue - Detectivu, Forsaken Isle, Hellgate, Relic Hunters Zero, Into Blue Valley, and likely more (Unfortunately, the Greenlit page doesn't seem to be strictly sorted by Greenlit date, so it's tough to tell what was Greenlit after 8/1 without cross-referencing the Greenlit page with the 8/1 and 7/11 collections).

I can see the benefit of quite greenlit games but there is no reason to be secretive about it. Part of the list is to hype games as we know what is coming.

Honestly, you'll probably be greenlit in less than a week. Greenlight is basically no longer a hurdle to publishing at all.

Yeah, it is a little worrisome because the traffic is a lot lower than when we last did a GL submission, but the hurdle for getting in is a lot lower so it should even out.

That plus the fact that we have never had a failed GL campaign doesn't have us too worried!

Not that I think this shouldn't get a Steam release, but putting up a Greenlight page for this and still nothing about Kero Blaster?

Don't you worry about Kero Blaster, let me worry about Kero Blaster. ;)

This may be the case but I wonder in some situations like the poster earlier who mentioned being at #2 for a while, then going lower again, and never getting greenlit. Maybe there are special exceptions though.

A game that just entered Greenlight:

Crossfire: Dungeons
Battle against rival fantasy armies in this fast paced turn based strategy game. Fight powerful bosses while you hunt for treasure in dungeon mode, play through over 150 single player missions in campaign mode, or match wits against your friends in multiplayer. Simple one-click per unit control scheme takes minutes to learn, while the in-depth army building and game strategy keeps you coming back for more. 6 different armies to master each with unique units, strengths and playstyles.
