Yes it looks like it. An game engine image, has a distinct look vs CG. No matter how good graphically it is, you can always tell.
I think the hair gives it away in this image.

I dunno, dem eyebrows look too low-res to be CGI.
There is bad CGI too, not everyting looks as dope as from blur or digic.

Yeah this could def possible. I believe the first AC3 trailer was done like this. Among many others obviously.

It's focused on her eyes, so the eyebrows are out of focus. The hair by her eyebrows is pretty fuzzy, too.
I don't know why people are so suprized. I mean Last of Us girl face is alone amazing and Cyberpunk will be 2015 game. 2 years of hardware upgrade.

Seeing as this is 2+ years away, I'm leaning towards CGI.
Looks like the high poly, high fidelity asset. Definitely looks CGI, people who say otherwise as in-game are just unrealistically optimistic (unless it's proven to be really in-engine). When they showed off the first picture, I thought it was doable but when it was followed up by the jacked picture, I knew they were all part of CG promo.

I'ts also a sandbox game versus a linear wannabe-movie. Which is what makes such a degree of detail quite unlikely.

It's CDPRed we're talking about here, it will most likely be a 15 second long CGI teaser that tells us nothing that we didn't already know. For all the good the company does, promotions is the thing they are absolutely horrific at.

well the gun model could be ingame, the jacket and face look cg. 33% chance of that being in game screens unless they are releasing both cg and ingame screens to fuck with us
Yes, up-rezzed and then down sampled. The IQ (esp. AA) won't be the same in the game but the rest of it will remain.

First thing that came to my mind. In the C2077 you can see some sort of camera lens reflected in her eyes, which also reminds me of the segment when
eyes would be checked during interrogation to ascertain whether the individual is a replicant or not
